Job summary

Oklo Inc. is seeking a Director of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) to lead the radiochemistry team and scale isotope production in Austin, TX.

The role focuses on Lu-177, Am-241, and Ra-226 processing, process development, technology transfer, and regulatory readiness in a cGMP environment. You will build a multidisciplinary team, establish manufacturing controls, and drive continuous improvement across analytics, validation, and lifecycle management in collaboration with Quality,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a closely related technical discipline required.
• 10+ years in radiochemistry or isotope production with regulated environments.
• Experience with cGMP manufacturing and regulatory frameworks (FDA/NRC/DOE).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage lifecycle of processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead radiochemistry and CMC organization for isotope process development and lifecycle management.
• Oversee Lu-177 production and Am-241/Ra-226 processing, including purification and waste minimization.
• Establish technical basis for manufacturing processes and controls.
• Drive technology transfer, analytic strategy, and regulatory support.
• Build and mentor a high-performing radiochemistry team and ensure safety and quality.
