Job summary

Vantor in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Chief of Analysis to lead intelligence production and analytical operations in support of defense and national security missions in the GCC.

The Chief will direct multidisciplinary teams, set priorities, and deliver high‑impact intelligence products while serving as the primary liaison with military leadership. This role demands extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of intelligence fusion and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent in Political Science, Military Science, Intelligence Studies, Operational Research, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading military analytic teams in joint operational environments.
• Proven ability to lead intelligence production, analytical operations, and multidisciplinary intelligence teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior military and government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the intelligence analysis and PED division.
• Direct and prioritize analytical activities to align with requirements and strategic objectives.
• Provide mentorship and professional development to subordinate analysts and team leads.
• Establish and enforce analytical tradecraft standards and QA processes.
• Review, validate, and approve intelligence products, assessments, and briefings prior to dissemination.
• Serve as the primary interface with military commanders and senior government officials.
• Conduct executive-level briefings on intelligence findings and strategic assessments.
• Coordinate meetings with peers, subordinate teams, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee integration of GEOINT, ISR, OSINT, POL/MIL, and All-Source Analysis.
