Job summary

Vantor in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Chief of Analysis to lead intelligence production and analytical operations in support of defense and national security missions in the GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent in Political Science, Military Science, Intelligence Studies, Operational Research, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading military analytic teams in joint operational environments.
• Proven ability to lead intelligence production, analytical operations, and multidisciplinary intelligence teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior military and government leadership.

The Chief of Analysis serves as the senior leader responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight, and execution of intelligence analysis activities across the organization.The successful candidate will provide leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance for multidisciplinary analytical teams while ensuring intelligence products meet the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and operational value.
