Cypress-Fairbanks ISD is seeking a high school administrator to lead instructional excellence and curriculum development. You will work with diverse students, staff and families to advance learning and implement district priorities.

You will use CF-TESS for teacher evaluation, guide campus improvement plans, and mentor teacher leaders while managing schedules, budgets and collaboration with parents and community partners.

Competenze

• Master’s degree and administrator certification required.
• AEL/ILD training or eligible for teacher appraisal training.
• Minimum four years of classroom teaching experience; mentoring/leadership preferred.
• Visionary leader able to work with diverse students, staff, families and communities.

• Serve as catalyst for innovation in curriculum development and instruction.
• Observe and evaluate teachers using formative and end-of-year assessments.
• Calibrate CF-TESS with staff and ensure timelines are met.
• Provide timely feedback on teaching and classroom management.
• Collaborate to set standards for student achievement and analyze data.
• Develop and evaluate campus improvement plans and initiatives.
• Lead staff development and support teacher leadership roles.
