Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 12–18 years in infrastructure engineering/operations.
• 5–8 years in leadership roles managing teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Experience scaling and modernizing on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure; deep knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Define multiyear infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee modernization and day‑to‑day operations to ensure reliability and resilience.
• Lead incident response, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
