Enerfab Process Solutions is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead our IT function. This is a key role for a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering value through technology.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the IT strategy, vision, and roadmap that supports the business strategy and delivers value to stakeholders.
  • Establish and direct the strategic long-term goals, policies, and procedures for the information technology department.
  • Manage partnerships, serving as the main liaison between our company and external partners, ensuring quality service levels, security, and cost effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership and external IT vendors to determine the organization''s long-term systems needs and any hardware acquisitions needed to accomplish the organization''s business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance on high-priority projects and orient the company to trends in the information technology industry.
  • Manage and optimize the IT budget, resources, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with our IT vendors to ensure the availability, reliability, scalability, and security of the IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and data.
  • Support the digital transformation and innovation initiatives of the company.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness of the company.
  • Oversee the strategy, configuration, and ongoing management of the company’s ERP system to ensure alignment with business operations.
  • Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices that comply with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Manage and develop a team of IT professionals and vendors, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.
  • Communicate and collaborate with senior management, business units, and external partners on IT-related matters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field or related experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT leadership roles in the industrial construction industry, manufacturing, or a similar sector.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and innovation skills.
  • Ability to define corporate vision and strategy, establish company direction and focus, and execute high-impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals.
  • Experience with SAP strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with assessing, onboarding and integrating company acquisitions.
