Western Dairy Transport is seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead the strategy, management, and execution of our technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, applications, and IT services.

This leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that support business objectives, improve operational efficiency, protect company data, and provide reliable technology solutions across all company locations.

The Director of IT will lead the IT team, manage technology vendors and budgets, oversee key technology projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology-related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and executing the company's IT strategy in alignment with business goals
• Overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and business applications
• Leading technology projects, vendor relationships, and IT investments
• Managing the IT budget and technology assets
• Supporting enterprise systems including ERP, TMS, HRIS, accounting, reporting, and operational platforms
• Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing IT team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of leadership or management experience overseeing IT teams and executing technology strategy
• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, business systems, and enterprise technology environments
• Experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or other multi-location operations is preferred, along with experience supporting ERP, TMS, HRIS, and fleet management systems

This is a hybrid position with periodic travel to company locations.

Annual salary negotiable upon qualifications.
