Job summary

Jobot, based in Atlanta, seeks an IT leader to oversee all technology operations and implement IT policies that support executive strategy in residential mortgage services. The role focuses on security, compliance, vendor management, and disaster recovery, with exposure to LOS and MeridianLink mortgage systems.

Required are a Bachelor's in IT/CS, 2+ years IT management in mortgage, and certifications (SC-300, Azure, CISSP, CISM, ITIL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the mortgage industry.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, LOS, MeridianLink.
• Strong understanding of GLBA and FTC Safeguards Rule.
• Certifications in Microsoft SC-300, Azure, CISSP, CISM, and ITIL required.
• Leadership with ability to align IT vision with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management.
• Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians, and other professionals to provide guidance.
• Control budget and report on expenditure.
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
• Ensure compliance with GLBA and FTC Safeguards Rule.
• Develop and implement disaster and emergency recovery plans.
• Support the use of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, LOS, MeridianLink, and mortgage systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
