CLX Engineering is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a portfolio of controls, SCADA, and robotics projects. You will mentor Engineering Managers, refine design standards, and drive lifecycle governance while aligning with operations and executive leadership.

You will partner on workforce planning, succession strategies, and KPI development to ensure engineering execution meets operational and customer outcomes.

Lead the Future of Industrial Automation at CLX EngineeringPicture your week as the senior engineering leader at CLX Engineering. Monday morning, you review a live dashboard of KPIs and portfolio health before coaching your Engineering Managers through resourcing decisions and succession plans. By midday, you refine standards for design reviews and documentation that raise the quality bar across controls, SCADA, and robotics projects. Midweek, you’re on-site with a customer, unblocking a complex integration, aligning stakeholders, and reinforcing our technical governance.
