Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive engineering experience related to internal combustion engines.
- 7+ years of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Designs and directs the work of the engineering function and team.
- Sets vision and strategy for world-class engine engineering and simulation capabilities.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration with product management, service, operations and finance.
- Oversees 1-D/3-D simulation, CFD/FEA, and predictive analytics to guide engine development.
