Rising Ground, Inc. is seeking a Director of Residential Services to lead development and coordination of residential supports for adults with I/DD. The role reports to the Vice President and oversees multiple IRAs to ensure high quality, person-centered services.

Based in the Bronx, NY, the Director will supervise program leadership, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with clinical, finance, HR, and community partners.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent; MSW preferred.
• 7+ years related experience with ≥4 years in supervisory role.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to develop and maintain budgets.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills for complex documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior leadership.
• Commitment to person-centered, inclusive services.

Aufgaben

• Develop, direct, and coordinate residential supports for adults with I/DD.
• Oversee multiple residential programs and ensure OPWDD compliance.
• Manage program budgets and supervise program leadership.
• Coordinate with departments and participate in funding activations and census/benefits processes.
• Monitor incidents and ensure proper documentation and action follow-up.
• Support staff through coaching, training, and on-call guidance.
