What You'll Do

• Develop and lead the organization's overall HR strategy, aligning people’s initiatives with practice growth goals
• Oversee full‑cycle talent acquisition, ensuring the practice attracts and retains top clinical and administrative talent
• Design and manage compensation, benefits, and performance management programs
• Lead employee relations efforts, fostering a positive, high‑integrity workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with employment law, healthcare workforce regulations, and practice policy across all locations
• Build and mentor an HR team capable of supporting a growing, multi‑site organization
• Partner with practice leadership and department heads on workforce planning and organizational development
• Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development programs for clinical and non‑clinical staff
• Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and HRIS systems

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or SHRM/HRCI certification preferred)
• Significant progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within healthcare or a multi-site organization
• Strong knowledge of employment law and healthcare workforce compliance
• Proven ability to lead HR strategy while remaining comfortable with hands‑on, day‑to‑day execution
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing environment
• Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive personnel matters
