Job summary

City Heights CDC seeks a Director of Housing & Supportive Services to lead housing stability, resident services, eviction prevention, and related supportive programs in San Diego. The role oversees performance, staff development, budgets, and compliance across contracts and grants, while guiding real estate initiatives to expand affordable housing and community space.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
Minimum five years of progressive housing, resident services, or related experience.
Experience managing programs, contracts, grants, and budgets.
Experience with real estate transactions, development, or TI/build-out work.
