You will oversee operations, schedules, staff performance, inventory, inspections, and regulatory compliance. The position requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a focus on safety, quality, and cost control in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to managing housekeeping operations with high cleanliness standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; facility management training preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or management role in healthcare or long-term care.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
