Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead a high-performing housekeeping team and uphold exceptional cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. You will coach associates, ensure alignment with brand standards, and collaboratively support hotel operations to deliver memorable stays.

In this role, you will manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and budgets, while driving safety and continuous improvement. A passion for hospitality and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience, in a leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.

As our Executive Housekeeper, you'll lead the team that makes every guest feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. You'll inspire and develop associates, champion exceptional cleanliness standards, and collaborate across departments to create memorable stays. • Lead & Inspire: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team that takes pride in its work.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and associate areas consistently exceed cleanliness expectations and meet brand standards.
• Drive Performance: Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and departmental budgets to support efficient operations.
• Create Memorable Experiences: Partner with hotel teams to anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional service.
• Champion Safety: Foster a safe, welcoming environment while maintaining safety, security, and emergency preparedness standards.
• Continuously Improve: Identify opportunities to elevate service, streamline operations, and strengthen team performance.

Physical Requirements:
