Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
2. Developing and implementing quality standards and safety procedures.
3. Conducting regular inspections and addressing guest needs and special requests.
4. Managing staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
5. Preparing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
6. Promoting teamwork and communication across departments.
7. Leading by example with integrity and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications include:

• 4-year college degree preferred; 2-year degree required.
• 4+ years of housekeeping/laundry experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
