Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD/DrPH/ScD or equivalent in public health or related field.
• 7+ years of health research experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IRB, HIPAA and CFR regulations for human subjects research.
• Experience designing and executing mixed methods research.
• Proficient in data analysis with SPSS/SAS/R and qualitative tools such as NVivo/Dedoose.

Responsibilities

• Oversee research project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards are met.
• Supervise and mentor research staff, fostering innovation and growth.
• Drive grant strategy and pursue funding opportunities to expand impact.
• Lead dissemination of findings through publications, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
