San Jose Country Club in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an accomplished Director of Golf to lead all aspects of the golf operation and deliver an exceptional member experience. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for member engagement, and the ability to balance tradition with innovation.

You will oversee golf shop, instruction, tournaments, merchandising, staffing, and budget, while working closely with the General Manager and committees to uphold the club’s standards.

Qualificações

• Class A PGA Professional in good standing.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive golf leadership experience.
• Experience in a private club environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all golf operations and staff.
• Lead member engagement and guest experiences.
• Manage budgets, merchandising, and golf programs.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Golf & Grounds Committee, Superintendent, and Board.
• Ensure the club’s standards and traditions are upheld.
