Stoney Creek Golf Club in Whitsett, NC, seeks a Director of Golf to lead daily operations, tournaments, and restaurant services. You will work closely with ownership and Pinnacle Golf Properties regional leadership to ensure an exceptional golf experience.

Responsibilities include staff training, budget management, and developing member programs. The role emphasizes service excellence, leadership, and strategic growth within the club and its portfolio.

Qualifications

• PGA Class A Member in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Proven record of providing outstanding service.
• Prefer experience in private or semi-private clubs.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge and usage of social media avenues to promote facility, membership, golf course, etc.
• Technologically proficient as well as highly organized and detailed.
• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communications.
• Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all club activities including daily management responsibilities.
• Train staff to ensure memorable experiences for members and guests.
• Manage financial reporting, maximizing revenues, budgeting and expenses.
• Collaborate with all departments to support facility success.
• Develop innovative member programs, tournaments, social events, and promotions.
• Participate in PGA Initiatives, Get Golf Ready and PGA Junior League.
• Develop value-added products and services to enhance member/guest experience.
• Use facility data to maximize participation, revenues, and usage.
• Hire, train and supervise full- and part-time staff.
