Qualifications

• 12+ years of accounting experience, including significant roles in BIG 4.
• Experience overseeing accounting in a multi-business segment environment.
• Proficiency in ASC 730, ASC 360, ASC 606, ASC 842.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting guidance on transactions ensuring conformity with GAAP.
• Drive Financial Reporting aspects, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
• Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting.
