We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and highly organized Director of Global Clinical Operations to lead and manage international clinical studies focused on women’s health, IVF, and embryology. This role will be pivotal in driving the success of global clinical trials and post-market surveillance studies across key markets including Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep program management experience in clinical research, strong leadership capability, and a passion for innovation in reproductive health. Candidates with embryology experience and a proven track record in clinical operations within pharma or biotech will be strongly preferred.

Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and highly organized Director of Global Clinical Operations to lead and manage international clinical studies focused on women’s health, IVF, and embryology. This role will be pivotal in driving the success of global clinical trials and post-market surveillance studies across key markets including Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia.

Candidates with embryology experience and a proven track record in clinical operations within pharma or biotech will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Clinical Strategy & Execution
  • Implement and manage global clinical studies and unified post-market surveillance programs.
  • Lead site engagement with key clinics across strategic global regions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, ethical standards, and best practices across geographies.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Direct a cross-functional team of clinical managers and operational staff.
  • Provide mentorship, performance management, and strategic direction to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with finance, regulatory, R&D, commercial, and scientific stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Develop and manage clinical study timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Oversee logistics of product implementation, data collection, and site training across diverse regulatory environments.
  • Ensure high-quality data generation, robust clinical performance metrics, and iterative treatment improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison with international investigators, clinic partners, and key opinion leaders.
  • Represent the company at scientific conferences and site visits as required.
Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field required.
  • Advanced degree (MS, PhD) is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3–5+ years of industry experience in clinical operations within pharma, biotech, or reproductive medicine sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-center and multi-national clinical studies.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in IVF and embryology, particularly in clinic operations or product implementation.
  • Experience across post-market surveillance, randomized control trials, and case-match cohort studies is strongly preferred
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and program management skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and scale teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally on site to australia, the middle east, and south east asia and talk calls in these timezones when needed
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
