We’re looking for a seasoned accounting leader to oversee our global finance operations. This role combines hands-on technical accounting with team leadership, driving accuracy, compliance, and scalable process improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong command of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and experience managing accounting in a global, fast-paced environment. You’ll partner cross-functionally to improve financial systems and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial close processes and prepare compliant financial reports
• Lead accounting operations, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
• Research and apply technical accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, 718, 350)
• Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Support tax compliance and corporate reporting with external partners
• Identify and implement process automation and efficiency opportunities
• Maintain internal controls and guide process improvements
• Support treasury functions like cash flow forecasting
• Manage accounting projects and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting, with team leadership experience
• Strong Excel skills and CPA/public accounting
• Proficient in US GAAP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
