Start My Business Inc. is seeking a transformative AI leader to set the strategy and technical direction for generative AI and automation across its portfolio of companies.

You will build multi-platform AI stacks for marketing, communication, and operations, using tools like n8n, Make.com, and current large language models. This fully remote role requires proven experience shipping AI projects at scale, strong written communication, and the ability to collaborate with teams across several

Start My Business forms companies for owners who would rather not do the paperwork themselves: LLCs, S-Corps, trusts, 501(c)(3) and 508(c)(1)(A) organizations. The build-out also covers a business website, business credit building and aged shelf corporations for owners who want an established entity from day one. Lead generative AI and automation across our multi-brand organization.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Full-time.

What you will do

• Set the strategy and technical direction for generative AI and automation across our companies.
• Build multi-platform AI stacks for marketing, communication and operations, using tools like n8n, Make.com and current large language models.
• Manage secure model access, automate ad-creative pipelines and build synthetic voice and video workflows with the teams that use them.

What you need

• Proven experience shipping AI projects at scale, hands-on work with LLM orchestration, and knowledge of automation safety and compliance.
• Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
• Comfortable working remotely with teams across several companies.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

How pay works

• Salary range $128K to $190K a year, as posted on startmybusiness.us. The final number depends on experience and is in the written offer.
• Full-time and remote. The offer states whether the role is W-2 employment or a full-time contract.
