Cytokinetics is looking for a Director of Formulations to lead the development of early- and late-stage compounds while providing strategic leadership in formulation development and optimization. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience, a Ph.D. or M.S., and a proven track record in formulation strategies, including cGMP environment experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in formulation and process development.
• Experience in cGMP environments required.
• Proven expertise in improving solubility and bioavailability.

Responsabilités

• Lead formulation and process development activities for clinical candidates.
• Manage documentation and execution of manufacturing processes.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
