Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Operations Manager for the food manufacturing sector. You will report to the President/CFO and oversee Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, Quality Control and Production, driving performance, quality and efficiency across the organization.

This role will demand strategic thinking, strong budgeting skills, and hands-on leadership. Lead change initiatives, set daily and quarterly goals, mentor teams, and implement best practices to keep operations compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing with process improvements.
• Wastewater experience.
• ERP/Redzone/NetSuite experience preferred.
• Budgeting, cash-flow regulation, and monitoring P&L.
• Data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials and resources and ensure compliance.

Education
