The Cypress of Charlotte is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage/Culinary Services to lead our premier dining program. You’ll inspire a talented team, elevate member experiences, and deliver restaurant-quality service across all venues.

In this key leadership role, you’ll develop innovative menus, ensure food safety and hospitality standards, manage budgets, and build relationships with members and families while guiding operations to reflect our resort-style community ethos.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience in hospitality or related environment.
• 3+ years managing culinary and dining service operations and leading both back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor culinary and dining service teams, fostering excellence and hospitality.
• Develop creative, nutritious menus meeting member preferences and dietary requirements.
• Oversee food preparation, production, presentation, and service across venues.
• Establish and maintain service standards for greeting, timing, accuracy, and recovery.
• Train and coach staff on menu knowledge, service techniques, and member engagement.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, inventory, and purchasing.
