Job summary

Faegre Drinker, a leading Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a Director of Financial & Strategic Analysis to drive planning, reporting and analytics across our Finance team in multiple offices, including Chicago, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or DC.

The role partners with firm leadership to deliver data-driven insights, build modern analytics capabilities, and support strategic initiatives that improve financial performance. This is a senior, cross-functional leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
10+ years of FP&A, strategic finance or leading financial teams in large firms.
Deep knowledge of profitability drivers, pricing, and working capital.
Experience guiding executive leadership with analytics and decision support.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial performance management.
Develop analyses and models supporting strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
Build executive dashboards, KPIs and reporting for senior leadership.
Partner with leadership to drive data-driven decisions and profitability insights.
