Qualifications

• Strength in financial stewardship and compliance with regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Working knowledge of accounting and finance.
• 5 years of experience with Word of Life preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual and organizational leadership of the Financial Services team.
• Direct financial planning, budgeting, AP/AR, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Analyze cash position and maximize ministry resources.
• Strengthen internal control policies and budget administration.
• Lead staff training and development in budgeting and financial management.
• Oversee tax compliance and coordination with auditors.
