The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, CPA, and over 8 years of experience in accounting within public or fintech sectors. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, especially in public or pre-IPO environments.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee public company reporting including 10-K, 10-Q, and S-1 filings.
• Design and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting.
• Lead the accounting operations and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams.
