The Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (FHCF) Director of Operations will lead the financial and administrative operations, reporting to the COO. You will oversee FHCF and SBA Finance Corporation activities, coordinate capital build-up and RAP programs, and develop strategic plans while managing resources and performance.

Ideal candidates bring ten years of relevant experience with supervisory expertise, a strong background in insurance/finance, CPA or CPCU credentials, and readiness to travel

Qualificações

• Ten years of related experience, with four years of supervisory work.
• Postsecondary degree may substitute for years of direct experience.
• Knowledge of insurance, risk management and financial concepts.
• Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial operations of FHCF and SBA Finance Corporation day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate activities of insurance capital build-up and RAP programs.
• Develop and implement strategic plans; manage human and financial resources.
• Assist COO in prudent and efficient management of operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
