Job summary

Dukas Linden Public Relations (DLPR), an Infinite Company, seeks a Director of Public Relations to lead media relations and strategic communications for premier financial services clients. You will supervise accounts, guide junior staff, and expand client relationships while driving high-impact earned coverage.

You will lead by example in a hybrid work environment, mentoring teams and shaping strategy for asset managers and wealth firms with a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of seven years’ public relations or corporate communications experience, with at least four years in an account and people management role.
• Substantial experience representing asset managers, wealth managers, or other financial services organizations.
• Proven track record securing high-profile coverage in top-tier business and financial media.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic communications and media relations programs for top asset managers and financial services clients.
• Develop creative, proactive media strategies that generate high-impact coverage.
• Build and execute thought leadership campaigns for senior executives.
• Serve as a primary client contact and lead meetings with junior team support.
• Mentor junior professionals and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
