Job summary

Aafes is seeking a senior finance leader to manage the Exchange's financial analysis plans from our Dallas HQ. You will direct a team of financial analysts on strategic project evaluations and proposals, while guiding other directorates and developing Board presentations.

The role requires extensive experience in finance or accounting, a Bachelor's degree, and preferred CPA/CFA credentials. Onsite work only; remote options are not authorized."

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; or a degree in a related field such as business administration or finance, and eight years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree - Required.
• CPA or CFA - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops ROI projections with business units for projects and initiatives.
• Leads a team of financial analysts on strategic evaluations and proposals; mentors junior analysts.
