Job summary

The Exchange is seeking a senior financial management leader to oversee the creation of ROI projections for corporate projects and initiatives. You will manage a team of financial analysts on strategic evaluations and contract proposals, while providing guidance to other directorates.

You will work directly with the CFO and CEO and develop presentations for the Board of Directors and subcommittees, contributing to high-level financial decisions and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and eight years of experience, or ten years of experience in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop ROI projections with business units for corporate projects and initiatives.
• Manage and guide a team of financial analysts on strategic evaluations, contract proposals, and cross-directorate support.
• Prepare presentations for the CFO/CEO and for the Board of Directors and subcommittees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Major Duties

Works with the business units to develop a return on investment projections on corporate business unit projects and initiatives.

Manages, directs, and leads a team of financial analysts on strategic project evaluations, contract proposals, and provides guidance/assistance to other directorates with their initiatives. Provides guidance to junior-level analysts.

Works special projects and analysis directly for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Develops presentations for the Board of Directors and subcommittees.

Performs other duties as assigned.
