Job summary

Simmons University seeks a strategic Director of Financial Aid to lead our Office of Financial Aid, ensuring compliant and timely administration of federal, state, and institutional aid for both undergraduate and graduate students. Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of Financial Aid, including staff supervision and performance management.
• Oversee federal, state and institutional aid programs for undergrad and graduate students.
• Ensure compliance with Title IV and related regulations; prepare for audits and program reviews.
• Develop and monitor the annual aid budget, packaging and awarding strategies.
• Provide data-driven analysis on enrollment, finances and aid policy changes.
• Manage financial aid systems and data integrity in partnership with IT.
