• Oversee day-to-day management of the Financial Aid Office and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/institutional programs and Ellucian Banner modules.
• Coordinate VA benefits administration and collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize financial aid processes.
• Provide training and perform quality checks to ensure regulatory compliance and high customer service standards.
