Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of financial aid experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree with three (3) to five (5) years of financial aid experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Financial Aid vision, mission, and strategy aligned with the University’s plan.
• Ensure seamless delivery of services to students and families through collaboration with university staff.
• Oversee policies and procedures to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage Financial Aid staff and provide training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee scholarship awarding and disbursement and monitor budgets.
• Counsel students and families on eligibility, budgeting, and FAFSA completion.
• Prepare enrollment and financial aid reports for internal and external stakeholders.
