Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, higher education administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in financial aid work.
• Strong written and verbal communication required; ability to work with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and management of Bluffton University’s Financial Aid Office.
• Develop and manage financial aid programs and packages for undergraduate and graduate students.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and institutional policies; manage audits and reporting.
• Lead and develop staff; coordinate with Registrar and Business Office; manage office budget.
