Location: Fully Remote (Client HQ in Florida, USA)

Are you a finance systems leader with experience driving ERP transformations? Our client — a leading Florida-based company in the marine sector — is looking for a Director of Finance Systems to guide a company-wide D365 Business Central implementation and lead the evolution of their financial systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of D365 BC
• Collaborate across Finance, IT, and Operations teams
• Define and execute financial systems strategy
• Optimize processes and enable automation
• Oversee integrations, data migration, and training
• Act as key liaison with third-party vendors

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in finance systems leadership
• Proven success with D365 BC (or similar ERP) implementations
• Strong accounting/financial process knowledge
• Experience in marine, logistics, or asset-intensive industries (a plus)
