  • Provide timely reporting and analysis, including but not limited to department performance, job and project profitability, margins, backlog and work-in-process trends to help leadership understand not only what happened, but why it happened, what it means, and what actions should be considered.
  • Partner with departments to understand financial and operational drivers, including job costing, work in process, project billing, revenue recognition, and inventory, and identify opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow, and business performance.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity, with an understanding of how work is sold, purchased, delivered, billed, collected, and managed.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
