Job description

As a Director of Finance - CFO at Honeywell's Tridium business unit, you will hold a senior leadership position responsible for guiding and overseeing the global finance function. Your role includes providing strategic financial guidance and driving financial performance to support Tridium's growth and success. You will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Your expertise will enable you to provide insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

You will report directly to the VP CFO of Products in Building Automation and work out of our Richmond, VA, or Atlanta, GA locations.

In this role, you will:
  1. Guide and oversee the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close/reporting.
  2. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to accelerate organic growth with favorable margins.
  3. Analyze financial data and market trends to identify business opportunities and risks.
  4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  5. Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
