The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5–6+ years of leadership experience in a professional services setting, and strong GAAP knowledge. CPA or advanced credentials are a plus but not required.

This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring the Firm has accurate, timely financial information and effective financial systems to support sound decision-making, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Oversee cash flow, general ledger, reconciliations, and close processes.
