Position Description:
This position provides strategic oversight and direct supervision of all financial and accounting activities in support of our various lines of business: real estate development, property management, and asset management. This position will collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial goals, produce accurate and timely reporting, and ensure overall profitability of the company. The ideal candidate possesses deep accounting and financial experience (experience in Real Estate) and business operations as well as high emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and is a proven team leader. The ability to work independently, multitask, manage time, and prioritize is required. The individual must be able to manage and develop employees and be comfortable communicating with senior level management.
