Job summary

Boaz Partners, LLC seeks an experienced Financial Leader to join the senior management team as GM Americas Business Partner, overseeing financial operations for the Americas during North American expansion.

The role focuses on building robust finance/controlling infrastructure, partnering with BU leaders to drive transformation into Specialty Chemicals, optimizing working capital, and ensuring strong tax and reporting practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a finance function in manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience building finance, controlling and tax processes for scale and transformation.
• Proven ability to partner with business units and external stakeholders (banks, advisors, insurers).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the future operations setup of the organization from a Finance, Controlling and Tax perspective.
• Act as business partner for BU leaders to support transformation and monitor progress.

Our client is looking for a Financial Leader to join the senior management team in a

growing company expanding in North America. As the GM Americas Business Partner, this

leader will manage financial operations for the Americas as they expand and implement

their growth plans.

Responsibilities

Strategic

• Define and implement the future operations setup of the organization from a Finance, Controlling and Tax perspective
• Business partner for the Business Units to support the transformation into Specialty Chemicals business and monitor progress
• Business partner for company CFO to identify company-wide or local potential and to define suitable measures to enhance as well as to establish seamless company-wide processes

Operational

• Integrate the new office and lab space into the existing structures regarding culture and processes
• Jointly within the Finance team define and drive strategic projects
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, esp. to banks, tax advisors, insurances
• Enhance tools & processes and suggest best practice solutions regarding digitalization and automation

KPIs

• Net Revenue, Contribution Margin, Gross Profit, EBIT
• Working Capital, Cash flow
• Project milestones
• 5+ years of experience leading finance function
• Relevant expertise in accounting and controlling functions in manufacturing industry
• Experience in setting up a business with contract manufacturing partners and/or the implementation of a new production site
• Worked for SME with international scope
