Responsibilities

• Coordinate and recruit course facilitators/teachers; manage registrations and sign-ups.
• Guide the intentional discipleship system; develop relationships with church members through visitation and outreach.
• Coordinate monthly Senior Adult Ministry luncheons and two out-of-town outings annually.
• Lead program ministries: Women’s, Men’s, Student, and Children’s; plan two Family Ministry events yearly.
• Oversee and advise the Director of Student Ministry and the Director of Children’s Ministry; oversee programming budgets.
• Maintain facilities reservations; develop and maintain an annual ministry calendar.
• Collaborate with communications to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and timelines.
• Assist in worship as requested by the senior pastor.
