• Helping maintain strong child-safety policies and procedures
• Developing volunteer leaders and building a healthy, sustainable ministry team
• Working closely with the pastor and church leadership to advance the mission and vision of First Baptist Commerce

The Director of Family Ministries will provide leadership and oversight for our family ministry, with a primary focus on children from birth through 5th grade.
