Apple Rehab Middletown is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the safe, efficient operation of all building systems at our 70-bed facility in Middletown, CT. You will supervise the Maintenance Assistant, coordinate outside vendors, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include planning work schedules, maintaining documentation, testing fire alarm and generator systems, managing budgetary guidelines, and reporting to department heads.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English and follow safety instructions.
• Experience with routine plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds.
