Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States seeks a Director of Facilities to lead operations across Full Service communities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

You will oversee maintenance, housekeeping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety systems, and vendor management while guiding a capable facilities team to deliver exceptional first impressions and compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years facilities experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, codes)
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of fire and life safety regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and emergencies

Responsibilities

Pay Range:

88,920.00 - 122,720.00
