Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in museum exhibition management, including complex loan exhibitions.
• Understanding of museum standards, exhibition administration, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with modern project management practices and tools.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes a dynamic exhibition program balancing popular, scholarly, and mission-driven projects.
• Oversees long-term exhibition scheduling and provides guidance from concept to full lifecycle.
• Establishes modern project management practices and develops collaborative solutions for challenges.
• Serves as primary liaison between the museum and external partners for co-organizing and venue agreements.
• Represents the museum in professional networks and brings industry innovations back to the institution.
• Oversees the exhibitions program budget and forecasts as needed.
• Plans staffing allocations for in-gallery projects, including installation, buildout, and deinstallation logistics.
• Oversees project management tools and systems to track schedules and milestones.
• Supervises and mentors a team of exhibition project managers across all phases.
• Fosters an inclusive, collaborative work environment aligned with DEI commitments.
