McCarthy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director of Executive Search to lead and elevate our executive hiring capability across the enterprise. This leader will own the full lifecycle of executive recruiting, including strategy, market mapping, candidate development, and closing senior talent.

As a player-coach, you will build a small, high-impact search function, partner with senior leaders, and shape a proactive executive hiring strategy aligned to leadership and succession priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting or executive search.
• Experience leading executive-level searches with complex, high-visibility requisitions.
• Experience building or scaling small teams and processes in executive recruiting.
• Strong expertise in market mapping, research, candidate development, and long-cycle relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive recruiting process for senior leadership and executive-level roles across McCarthy.
• Build and lead the executive search strategy aligned to talent planning and succession planning.
• Develop and scale a small executive search function with processes, tools, and service standards.
• Lead hands-on search activities including requisitions, candidate strategy, sourcing, assessment, and closing.
