Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in executive communications, PR, marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute executive visibility strategies that elevate organizational profile.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive communications, thought leadership, and visibility strategy for Sandy Hook Promise's leaders.
• Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, media, stakeholders, and leadership amplification.
• Develop messaging, speeches, presentations, and briefing materials for executives.
• Plan and execute executive engagement opportunities with cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate across Communications, Marketing, Development, Programs, and Policy to align visibility with advocacy and partnerships.
• Establish metrics to measure effectiveness of communications initiatives.
